The articles posted on Travelling Buenos Aires do not declare the views or opinions of the “Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires” (City’s Government) or its authorities ; its purpose is to foster the exchange of ideas and questions stated in such texts.
The main objective of each posted comment is to open the debate about a specific issue.
